Annulled?
El Heraldo is reporting a rumor that the Honduran Supreme Court has decided to anull the charges against Manuel Zelaya Rosales.
Now confirmed. The vote was two to one to anull. If the Public Prosecuter chooses to appeal this ruling the case goes to all 15 justices, with of course, further delay.

(It's hard to link to stories from my iPad)
Interesting that El Heraldo has negotiated down to accusing Zelaya of stealing just $3M.
